April 30--The court found enough cause for ANTHONY BROWN to be charged.
The initial Police officer who took Anthony Browns statement of murder botched the statement and didnt do any investigations furthering the neglect into my daughter death. So now we have Kyle Pirazzis mom the cop who has him protected and Anthony Brown who IS GETTING away with murder because another Police officer who forgot to take a COMPLETE STATEMENT AND NOW aNTHONY bROWN LAWYER IS SAYING THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Most of the statement we no not to be true and have proof that there is a lot more that is missing.
Anthony Browns father the drug addicted methadone dealer didnt even want to say in the court room with his son he was to unstable. COURT****April 22, 2008 Anthony Brown was in court today and pleaded not guilty to the crimes he is being charged with. Brown was remanded to Woodfeild Juvenile Detention Security Center because of the severity of the crimes he has committed. He will be brought back next Wednesday for a Preliminary hearing.
Just a note from Mommy: His father was there also instead of being in jail. His father couldnt even speak his own address(wonder why?). Anthony has been taking the heat for his father. His father must be telling him what to say and do because Anthonys Lawyer has now asked for a GUARDIAN FOR HIS RIGHTS TO BE PROTECTED FROM HIS FATHER. The Judge made reference to the fact that as of right now his father has not been charged. When his father walked outside the court room he waved his two hands up with his middle finger on both hands up. Some Monster we have walking the streets...SCARY. We are still aslo awaiting the police to charge him with Murdering my daughter. On April 22, 2008 we are going to have a gathering in front of the White Plains Court House on 111 Martin Luther King Blvd in White Plains at 12:00 noon we will be tryin to tell District Attorney Janet Difiore she has failed our children and stop put out her promos on the TV because we dont believe her anymore. District Attoney Janet Difiore said to me,"There is nothing I can do!" So we want her to know that is not good enough.
Today we were told in court that this is not a CRIMINAL case this is just a rehabilitation case.

I believe that Albert Disilvo should be charged as an adult. He was old enough to give Dana the contorlled substances, so he should be old enough to suffer the consequences for his crime. When is enough is enough. When he sells or gives to another young person and takes their life. So, another family has to grieve, because the system can not do the right thing and punish this person with the punishment that fits the crime. Albert Disilvo murderd this young women. He denied her and her family of her life. Laws need to be changed. Family court is not the answer, because he will not learn from this, he will believe that he has gotten away with murder and continue to sell and kill. If Albert Disilvo and Kyle Pirazzi want to live like adults then they should be treated as such. No bullcrap that they are just childern, they knew what they were doing when they decided to give Dana these drugs, they knew of the danger, but did not care and they left poor little Dana to die alone. The disgust and outrage I feel is undescribable. My heart goes out to Dana's family, because I too know the heartache and grieve you have to live with, with the lose of your precious child. It never goes away, it does not get easier, you just learn to fit it into your life.
