Each and every second that goes by, a tear drop falls

I cant seem to find my way back but yet i still call

I reach out to feel you and to hold you

and then i realize my arms are empty,

I look to see you smilin and singing

But now the air is silent and the only song is of the wind blowin

My world and heart  has crumbled into many pieces scattered all around

Some of the pieces I dont think will every be found.

We had so many plans we made and so much more to do in life

Until you went to sleep on one March 11th Monday nite.

The pain is more than i can bare,

Just knowing you will never be back here

Where i can hold u and keep u safe

i been told your in a better place.

We are left here to carry on

Hard to do that now that your gone.

May you sing with the birds, fly like the angels

and send me butterfly kisses in the rain.
